We are working on the strength characteristics for the new design mix concrete at 3, 7, 28, 56, 91, and 360 days. To know the actual compressive behavior, each design mix concrete at different ages. Six samples from each mix are testing at each testing age. Discussion is needed from expert in concrete six samples are enough, or we must go more sampling.

According to ACI 214R-11--Guide to Evaluation of Strength Test Results of Concrete. Just search the word "30" or "minimum" in the document.
I advise you keep 1-1samples for 3&7days and try to keep 3-3 samples for 28,56, 84 and 360 days (1sample = 3 specimens)

I would suggest that having 30 samples in terms of classifications under each categories (i.e. 3 days - 7 days - 21 days etc) would enhance more comprehensive readings.
