For the determination of phenol compounds and for the preparation of different extract solution concentration in ethanol is a turbidity problem and not the extract homogeneity. This non-homogeneity presents a problem for UV Visible mesured ?

Hello,
Your question is a bit confusing, no clear idea about your problem.
if you are measuring the UV of non-homogeneous solution definitely their will be lots of noise in UV spectra, due to the small particles.
But you are saying, you have prepared extract in ethanol, which has to be a clear solution.
Please check your sample or extraction procedure and also use Whatman #41/42 for filtration.
