We are trying to prepare nanoemulsion using the ternary phase diagram. We planned to use different Oil/Smix ratios from 1:9 to 9:1. However, we cannot decide how to determine the turning point. For example, during water titration, which points are taken into account when the mixture begins to become cloudy or clear? Or if the Oil/Smix mixture is cloudy, can the water be considered zero?
