Dears, I'm going to study climate change on crop water requirement in one district. But, I have only one climate station in that district which has an area of 33,000ha. kindly I'm going to ask you that, can I use only this single climate station for this study? Thank you in advance!

I think it is a bit too short to to perform a extensive climate study on a so large area.
The only thing you can do inthe present situation is to choise very carefully the most significant place to install your only station... and to try to obtain some estra climate station...

According to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the area of influence of a weather station is ~5 km in radius. The results obtained with a single station will only be valid for a portion of your study area.
On the other hand, remember that climate change studies require at least 30 years of continuous data. And don't forget to apply homogeneity and quality control metrics to ensure valid results.
