how to name the variables in my code so that the trnsys recognize them in there right location in the equation
for example how to link this simple code with tnsys so that Tfeedboiler is the input to code equation from trnsys and output mfsaved ??
and how to write the start command in matlab to link it with trnsys

Using Type 155 is good but I feel that it has some limitations, and as far as I remember, it works with some MATLAB versions.
I moved around this problem by running TRNSYS from MATLAB by using the run command inside MATLAB workspace (or m.file). Run TRNSYS followed by the dck file directory (better to be in your current MATLAB folder - path).

It is better to hide TRNSYS simulation windows (using /h) if you want to run multiple simulations. You can save TRNSYS dck file as a text file and play with text files inside MATLAB such as splitting several text files, combine them, use several MATLAB m files, change any variable using global variables, and send or receive data between text files and MATLAB.
When your run your TRNSYS code, your results (Tfeedboiler) will be saved in a text file (i.e. total.txt) then you can read the results to MATLAB using "dlmread" function and save it to a variable then use it inside MATLAB as a normal variable.
