For Bayesian Approach which software is preferable, WinBugs or R ? also why ?

I am confused about doing my analysis of elder's health survey in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Which software will be best for analysis of this data ?

There are several options.

You could use R, and use the BRugs or JAGS package to have WinBugs-like functionality.

For basic Bayesian analyses (the Bayesian counterparts of e.g. linear regression or ANOVA), https://jasp-stats.org/ is great: it is free and very easy to use.
