The reaction speed depends on the initial form of the reacting species. The reaction rate itself has an appreciable effect on the morphology of the deposited layer. It is so if the reaction is fast the resulting layer will be mostly amorphous. Decreasing the reaction rate the deposited layer will be in form of polycrysatlline with grain size increases as the deposition rate decreases.

The crysatllinity of the layer has great impact on its optical and electrical properties. It is so that properties of the materials improves with increasing the grain size.

A specific answer can be made after inspecting the material after every reaction type by investigating its structural. optical and electrical properties.
