Many poor countries do not have sufficient research supports like - technicians, machines, equipments, apparatus, reagents and chemicals, and so on. Therefore, how they can think about research and thereafter good research? To me, to work collaboratively with the other countries who have good research facilities may be an option. One of the main problem is how it can be found and used for another researchers and professionals.
