Hello !
I'm looking for a tool (R or API if possible) which for a given pathway return genes and/or metabolites involved in it and their function in the pathway.
Thanks in advance for your help !
Have you tried the KEGG database?
https://www.genome.jp/kegg/pathway.html
Try R Biomart package.
I would propose combination of these two answers so KEGG and R - KEGGprofile
https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/KEGGprofile.html
Oil and gas companies run gamma ray tool and take readings in API units while Gamma ray is also noted in cps, so how these units can be converted into each other?
