Fluigent oxyGEN Software Crashing?

I am currently trying to troubleshoot why the oxyGEN software from Fluigent I am using is shutting off during runs I am doing. The laptop I am using meets the minimum requirements for memory/processing power that is required. The pressures in the system I have set up are correct and constant. The program will successfully work for approximately 24 hours until it closes. Does anyone happen to have any insight into this?
