I think that the most complete tests are ionic chromatography for ions, GC for organics and AAS (or ICP) for metals.
For other type of pollutants you must follow specific procedures.
Anyway, as VK Saxena saids, "it depends"...
Chhavi , most of your parameters can be measured by normal spectrophotometeric method. In particular Potassium by flame photometer/ AAS/ ICP-MS. As Bayan very rightly mentioned, consult APHA , is a good option
You should follow APHA, Chemical and biological methods for water pollution (Trivedy and Goel) for all your parameters.
