Optimizing the front contact of a solar cell is a very interesting application of basic circuit rules. You can simplify the problem as much as you want, for example fixing some of the parameters and using simple geometries.
(1)Online microprocessor based, under load and overload based, hot spot temperature measurements with life consumed and life consuming cost of different equipments used in power system could increased the efficiency and reliability of equipments, could refer my papers……..
(2)Solar and Wind energy based, Indipendente charging station on remote road sides, without connecting to grid for electric vehicles …
You can work with a new perovskite material (Absorber). First, you have to study its different properties like tolerance factor, phonon dispersion, and structural, electronic, optical, and thermal properties using DFT (Applications like Castep, Quantum espresso, and Vesta). Then you have to design a solar system by using SCAPS software and get the efficiency. The total work is simulation-based but valuable. I will cover all the fields like material science, solar or renewable energy, and energy harvesting.
