As we all know research has its own value but what is its benefits until the knowledge gained by it is not implemented at ground levels? Both the strategies have their own value but is it fruitful until the knowledge acquired by the research is not implemented at ground level for a desired change?

both are equally important it depends on what types of changes is required .if it is related to society ,economic status of an individual ground work is more important. not for physical and physiolocalchanges experiment based data set is more important.
