Ferroelectric BaTiO3 ceramics manufacturer?

I would like to use ferroelectric BaTiO3 or SrTiO3 ceramic plate in one of my experiment but very hard to find a manufacturer which can provide ready to use ferroelectric ceramic plates. There are many companies which produce and sell ceramic powder but none of them sell BaTiO3 as a ceramic plate. Can anybody suggest a company or other source where we can buy ferroelectric ceramic plates?
