Idea of learning a analysis software.. Which among the four is best with respect to application, popularity, useage and user friendly? I learnt Ansys structural and thermal analysis but yet to learn Fluid Analysis... Hyperworks is mainly for meshing but anyway I include it too... Please suggest me with better options..
I think that ABAQUS is probably the most user-friendly one to start but I agree w/ Sujan that if you learn the "concepts" of one you can easily switch to another one if needed. If you have access to ADINA, that would also be a FE solver for Fluid, Solid, and FSI problems. Hope that helps!
Dear Ram: if you know the basic conpcepts about FEA, and you have learnt the basis on Ansys, you can use a lot of software. The difference is the licensing cost, the plataform (Win, Solaris, Linux) and the capabilities to use other software wiht this. ¿Do you know Comsol Multiphysics? Its amazing and very easy to use.
