I have rather simple question, at least for most people here. I have 15 years of panel data for 11 countries. I am working on the determinants of FDI and trying to see how classic determinants would react to my sample region. I wanted to run Panel Data analysis (FE and RE) but I have two independent dummy variables which obviously are time invariant and they are the major part of my research (because they help to compare two regions). Therefore, Pooled OLS is my option for now. However, I do know that pooled OLS is not the most appropriate method of analysis for panel data. I ran the analysis, all variables have the expected signs, Durbin-Watson almost exactly 2.0, VIF
