I wonder that the effect of yield and tensile strength on fatigue life.
As i know fatigue life increases when tensile strength also increases. What about yield strength relationship ?

How change Fatigue life of DP600 steel by tension leveller usage on pickling lines ?
You can get the answer from Soderbarg/ Modified Goodman Diagram. Here yield strength is a major parameter for designing a structure for fluctuating type of loading.
Fatigue life is dependent on how low (far) is the working stress the failure stress,
You second question answer is :Design the component in such a way that it reduces the working stress,.However you have not mentioned the type of fatigue failure you want to avoid
