Hello everyone i am trying to generate topology file of Protein DNA complex but my protein structure have some problem in PRO 372 residues someone please suggest the solution for this

Hi Vikas Kumar

Did you solve that problem? I packed several protein molecules in a box by Packmol, then encountered this problem when using 'gmx pdb2gmx' to generate the top file.
