In the manual, there's only "Optimize" command under "Calculation". However, in new versions, there are three options: Estimate Parametre with NOMAD; Optimize with Bayesian; and Calculate with Current Set of Parameters.
I guess the NOMAD is for obtaining a set of estimated parameters which for further calculation by Bayesian optimizer.
The last one maybe for continuing calculation in case converged data are not obtained (more iterations can also set by "option").
Anyone could give more information about this? What the best way to set standard deviation? Where can I find more detailed information about "formation target" and "precipitation target"?
