I have been trying to methacrylate and proceed further by UV curing.
As per literature, 0.5-1% (w/v) 2-hydroxy-1-[4-(2- hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]-2-methyl-1-propanone (Irgacure 2959) could be used and required wavelength is 365 nm. Although i tried curing at various concentrations and wavelengths from a range of 265 m to 365 nm, I couldn't achieve curing.
Kindly give your reviews and suggestions in achieving curing.

If chemistry is correct and wavelength ranges, then maybe UV photon flux (the power of the UV source) is not sufficient?
However,
2-Hydroxy-4′-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-2-methylpropiophenone (Irgacure 2959) is a photoinitiator utilized for the polymerization of water-soluble polymeric materials, such as hydrogels and bioinks. Irgacure 2959 has an absorption at 365 nm and can thus be used for photocuring bioinks. Methacrylate - PMMA polymers, can be dissolved in: Toluene, Dichloromethane, Chloroform, and Acetone, but not in water.

I am assuming that your composition is correct and you have not exposed Irgacure 2959 to light before.
You may try curing by keeping sample nearer to the source
