You should click on atom, and then pay attention to the Properties table on the left side of the screen, like attachment, then click on the statement "IsmixtureAtom".

Have you ready changed the percentage for each kind of atoms? I mean if you want a position has only one kind of atoms, you should change that atom's percentage is 100%.
