What do you want to do with equivalent circuit ? If you want to do further spice simulation then you can create a spice model of the measured S-Parameter from CST Design Studio. Though from this spice model you can find out the equivalent circuit parameter but it may be difficult to modify the model for further investigation. In my case, I have created equivalent circuit by combination of some series and parallel resonances. I have done it with my own experience. This equivalent circuit is valid upto certain frequency region.

If you only want to make circuit simulation based on this antenna structure, CST Design Studio/ADS will meet your request with S-parameter to SPICE generator building in software. If you want to make antenna optimization with physical lump model, you can make RLC model based on physical structure. Trace use R/L term and gap use C term to extract it. After defining model type, ADS can optimize it.

You can use ADS optimizer to find the values of your lumped element model by simulating it and  compere it in specified frequency range to your measured data
