Extract the average basin rainfall from NETCDF (.nc) File using ARC GIS?

I have the grid data of rainfall nc file. I want to extract the daily data of average rainfall for my catchment. The problem I am facing that nc file and my catchment files are not overlapping even I have project them into same coordinate system is ARC GIS. Can some help me. Thanks
