Dear Researchers
I have downloaded the GIMMS AVHR NDVI data from https://ecocast.arc.nasa.gov/data/pub/gimms/3g.v0/
The data is available in binary data sets. How I can convert this data into tif and extract it for my catchment. I am trying R language with GIMMS package to convert it into Tif file and then might be using GIS to extract raster. But I am failed to convert it into tif formate. I shall be thankful if some one can help or guide me to extract the NDVI values for my catchement.
