you can start with the following book :
Basic one and Two dimensional NMR Spectroscopy, fifth Edition, author- Horst Friebolin, Wiley VCH.
However, to develop a full understanding of these NMR techniques, it is essential that you understand and follow the Pulse sequences associated with them, analyze them from the quantum mechanical point of view, the standard tool for this is the Product operator formalism. In my opinion NMR Cannot be understood fully without the understanding of the Quantum mechanics and dynamics of the underlying spin ensembles.

Understanding NMR Spectroscopy, 2nd edition, Author- James Keeler, Wiley.
1. Orgañic spectroscopy by WILLIAM KEMP
2. Organic spectroscopy by SILVERSTEIN.
These two books are helpful for the detailed understanding of spectroscopy.
3. Chemistry3 by burrows, Parson, pulling. Oxford University Press. This book has some chapters covering the basic concepts for spectrpscopy.
4. Organic chemistry by Stuart Warren.
5. Organic chemistry by Bruice.

These books are good starting point, but to be the "expert", get a hands-on experience; join a research group.
