Dear Sir

NOAA measures oxygen (cannot see the data because US Government shutdown at this moment). Oxygen is decreasing as CO2 increasing.

The issue I am concerned with is not so much global oxygen (which has a very long lifetime) but oxygen consumption in very high polluted cities or in confined spaces. There should be measurement of oxygen there. Oxygen is normally at about 21% but decreases below 19% may have health impact. I suspect this is the case in polluted megacities. Below 6% is death and may occur in confined space.
