Uma Nath Shukla Yes, the publication is outputs of ideas that researcher provides authentic views on particulars aspects. Maintaining the ethics of real works that should be reflected at ground level. If any work that has been published and popular among peoples but not benefiting ultimate stakeholder i.e. farmers or others it does indicated that work are not beneficiaries concentrated. So maintaining the ethics in real sense is matter.

Yes. Ethics in publication is very necessary. Simply copying from others without adding some research input or views created lots of conflicts in past among researchers. Copyrights, data management, log book maintenance are some of the steps to handle conflicts in publication issue. Therefore, journals provide code of conduct or best practice guidelines in publication ethics and authors as well as editors to handle cases of research publication. But most important is the honesty of Authors.
