Dear all

I have modeled Viscous damper in ETABS using link but when I perform TH analysis and view the display cumulative response, the energy in VD remains zero. I may me making some mistakes in input parameters. Can anybody help me to give step by step process along with values(ref.values) to check the behavior of VD in ETABS.

OR Can send ETABS file for my reference?
