Trying to run GAPIT through R 4.3.3 after using TASSEL 5 to make a pheno file, a hapmap file, and a kinship file. I'm running R 4.3.3 as administrator on Windows 11, I'm using source("https://zzlab.net/GAPIT/gapit_functions.txt") and source("http://zzlab.net/GAPIT/emma.txt") before any other commands, removing the first 3 lines from the Kinship file, removing all # from the hapmap file, then running the following lines of code:
