Hi all,
I am using using gRINN software for the network analysis. It needs three files to upload: tpr , top and xtc files. But, everytime I get the error " Could not extract pdb from tpr file. Aborting now." Can anyone help me out to solve this issue?

Dear Nabanita,
You will find in this attached tpr and top files related to your software, but concerning xtc file, i can't send it, becauce it is a large file (>150 MB), try to download it via this website: https://grinn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial.html

Mohamed Sabri Bensaad, thank you for your answer. I have downloaded gRINN from the above link. But the issue which I am facing currently, is after the completion of the calculation progress , is it says" Encountered an unexpected error that is not handled by gRINN. Please check for anomalies in the input files." But as I checked, my input files are all correct, I am not able to get why this error is coming. Can anyone help me out ?
