Hi Rosalia

First, make the analysis of your observed data with Arlequin. Once you obtain what you want as summary statistics, save the .arl_run.ars and the ssdefs.txt files. Go to arlsumstat and try again.

It was the format of ark_run.ars file. It is a shame that arlsumstat does not warn about this but it makes de calculations anyway.
