Ergonomic design rules for spastic person?

I'm currently working on a project that involves an interface for people with a severe form of muscle spasticity. I'm wondering if there are some already set guidelines for this group. I'm looking for optimal wheelchair configurations, range of motion with different forms of spasticity in the arms and legs.
