what are the best proofs of the equivalence berween non commutative MV-algebras and suitable lattice-groups?

I may think one route: Use category theory and try to generalise Mundici's equivalence, to the non-commutative case. A similar theme, that might be helpful is the generalizations of Algebraic Geometry to non-commutative one!
