Dear all, as i am working deeply, it turns out that a set of EQE data onto silicon solar cell via wavelengths is needed to claim an equation.I wonder if there is any source to get data i want?

In a previous post i outlined the calculation steps of the external quantum efficiency. But it seems that these outlines was nu sufficient to reach to the required estimations.

Another source of very rigorous information about the external quantum efficiency in silicon solar ells is to find the standard reference book S. M. Sze, physics of semiconductor devices. the chapter of the solar cells. I am sure both refernces will be very sufficient for you. When you have specific question in item of the derivation i am ready to discuss it with you.
