Nepal is developing country having basic infrastructures with sufficient Natural resources and adequate human resource. As a resourceful nation, Nepal has tremendous possibilities of entrepreneurship to meet national, South Asian moreover India and China , together with global market. Nepal has energetic, academic but jobless youth whereas Nepalese people consume around all product and services by importing. Nepal is just wasting its youth and resources which have charismatic potential of prosperity. Small Scale business takes slow journey which helps society but cannot meet the competition as well as already geared up and globalized opportunity.
Although Nepal is not taking needed initiatives of entrepreneurship. How Nepal can start its entrepreneurial journey?
Very thought-provoking questions. We can break these broad questions into the following:
1. Role of individuals to take up entrepreneurship (capability, interest, resources etc)
2. Role of opportunity (opportunity discovery, and resource deployment )
3. Role of policies.
Each of these subquestions has a theoretical underpinning. Some experimentation or the right mix of these factors can trigger entrepreneurial activity.
