After conducting PCR and Sanger sequencing, I couldn't blast both FWD and REV sequences together as one, I had to blast each sequence separately, for each sample its either the FWD or REV has a genotype or not, am a bit confused on the reason why?
I have reverse sequences (AB1 format), can I base on reverse DNA sequences to perform nucleotide alignment, convert nucleotides to amino acids and deposit the sequence in GenBank database?
