Can anyone please help me to calculate enrichment factor (EF) for the given situation [Sample volume (Copper, Cu) = 4 mL, Initial metal concentration = 100 ng mL-1 , metal elution solvent volume = 2 mL, Final concentration of metal after elution = 70 ng mL-1].

Each research article has a different way of calculating EF,

For example the in one research article the formula was given like this EF = (Final concentration/ initial concentration), However, in the same article the data was represented in percentage with values more then 100 %
