Currently, the share of young people in the total number of unemployed who are registered in the employment centers in the regions of Russia is 30%. however, there is hidden unemployment. In 2016, St. Petersburg and Moscow had the highest percentage of employment of graduates. The share of employed in these cities was 96.2% and 95.6% respectively. In General, in the Russian Federation, the highest results in employment are demonstrated by graduates of the master's degree, they have a significantly higher share of employment, with more than 83% and receive a salary 1.5 times higher than graduates of the bachelor's degree and specialty.

The job market is getting tougher by every day, competition increasing and people are required to tailor make themselves for specific tasks.
Moreover, the developing and underdeveloped economies, the situation is becoming difficult for fresh graduate.

Very poor. Most of the time, a minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Its a luck to be employed but chances a bleak for that most of the time now and since last two decades.
