The question is, whether you live in stable relationship and just want to postpone preganncy. In this case, without doubt, freezing fertilized eggs or embryos, has the much better outcome and survival rate.
The efficiency of either method differs independent from age. The best age for both methods is 28-34 years.
In terms of costs, embryo-freezing is much more economic, because you might be able to fertilize the eggs with ivf or Icsi immediatly. With frozen eggs it is mandatory to do ICSI afterwards, and you will take into account a certain loss of eggs an another loss in fertilization rate.
