I want to simulate a diode grid coupled with a metasurface structure through transmission lines for an application of ambient electromagnetic energy harvesting, knowing that I am using SMS7630 schottky diodes, and I have to use the spice model indicated on the data-sheet. please is there any way to perform a simulation of the whole design ( Co-simulation EM/Circuit ) while taking into account the non-linearity of the schottky diode on CST because I want to illuminate my structure with EM polarized wave ?

You can use the CST to calculate the electromotive force of the voltage developed
on the input port to the diode. You can also determine the equivalent resistance of the grid. Doing that you can analyze the diode circuit using the spice simulator.
It is so that you can characterize the source using the CST and then apply the source to the diode and analyze its circuit using SPICE.

Export a PEEC model of the EM part and combine that with the transmission lines and diodes in SPICE.
