So first off, microwaves and UV are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Microwaves sit between RF used for your TV/radio and infrared at the low end of visible light, and closer to the former. UV is above the visible light region and is a much more energetic wave.

Normally when people think of microwaves, they're referring to the 2.45 GHz frequency used in residential microwave ovens. These work by making water and other polar molecules vibrate/rotate under the effect the applied EM field, which converts the EM radiation to heat. It's heat that can kill a Corona Virus. However, the microwave wavelength is relatively large and heating actually requires some volume of material to be able to heat it. It might evaporate droplets of water, but never actually reach a high enough heat to kill the virus. However, any amount of microwaves sufficient to do that would be hazardous to humans. BTW, the same 2.4 GHz ISM band used by microwave ovens is used for Wi-Fi communication. That level of power is safe enough for human exposure, but obviously isn't killing Corona Virus or we wouldn't have a problem!

UV is at the low end of the ionizing radiation spectrum, where the waves have enough energy to actually break molecular bonds. UVA is on the visible side of the UV region while UVB/UVC are pushing further into the ionizing spectrum. They kill by actually damaging the material that the virus is made of, but they of course damage skin too.

So, forget microwaves. You'd do better to just have a heated mask that pulled air to through a heating element, but no one would want to wear it and it would take a huge amount of power. For UV, you'd need to design something that works like UV water treatment systems that run the water (or air in your case) in a spiral around a powerful UV lamp, hoping that the unwanted bacteria, etc. would spend enough time exposed to high energy UV to be killed before it reaches the other side. These use vapor tubes to produce UV from a high voltage arc. Currently, LEDs top out at the high end of UVA. So, again this would take a tremendous amount of power, and would have to be completely enclosed to avoid any exposure to humans.

Of course in either case you're talking about a tremendous amount of weight to be carrying around as well.

At any rate, I commend you for trying to think along these lines, but please just be sure you understand why this doesn't already exist. One of the biggest dangers during this pandemic are opportunists making false claims about products that will make you safe from Corona Virus.
