If you mean negative Zii it is contributed to inductive effects... for more details youe have to fit an equivalent circuit
Thank you for fast answer. The problem is that I shouldn't have any inductive effects. I expect to have R(R/C) and indeed I have this but with a little offset on -Z imag. This offset is temperature dependent.

It s obvious I can't fit my circuit using only R(R/C)model. Any suggestion on what elements I should add on my model? The main problem is , on my opinion, that it s not a semicircle on first quadrant of the graph but more like one upper third of the circle or more like an ellipse. It means that the physical properties (i.e. capacity) are not uniform throughout the sample, but rather distributed due to imperfectness of the sample (defects, grain boundaries, pores, surface effects etc.) . Therefore, constant phase element (CPE) as an empirical function is used instead of capacitance.
