Electro-dynamic forces generated by a short-circuit on 27.6 KV overhead distribution feeder?

Do we take in consideration the electro-dynamic forces (generated by short-circuit) when we design a 27.6 kV distribution feeder? The pole line has a four circuit configuration. Conductor size 556ACR

Ruling span 70 m.

Some crossing are more then 100 m wide.

With bare conductor, with fault current also the reluctance offered to flux development is considerable, and hence it would not produced considerable dynamic force on conductor or structure, hence not needed to be considered ........
