I have a theory on the etiology on mental illness, nitric oxide and myofascial system. My theory says that nitric oxide makes hard the muscles, causing taut bands, with the same mechanism it makes hard the penis: acting on myofascial myofibroblasts. Reich theory posits that hard muscles are at the base of mental illness and that a sexual agent (for me is nitric oxide) was the cause for hard muscles.
I need someone who can confirm the theory with experiments, starting from the role of NO in the emergence of taut bands and their correlation with mental illness. Why I can't find a single scientist on earth that can help me?? All the scientist say: "this is not my principla line of research" or "we need funds (a lot of money) to make the experiments and we will never ask for a grant for your research" and stuff like that.
Why Einstein wrote a theory and someone confirmed it with experiment and with my theory is different? Maybe were times when science was free and not so conservative to preserve the interests of the elites that rule the world since 1960?
A popular revolution against insitutionale science will happen, like when people rebeled against covid 19 vaccines: have I to wait until that time to see my theory confirmed (or falsified) within an experimental set up?
If by "Reich theory", you mean anything written by Wilhelm Reich, it is clear why no serious researcher will consider this. While in his earlier career he did some serious research, Wilhelm Reich was the source of plenty of well-disproven medical scam schemes:

Therefore, being ignored for using Reich's work isn't a conspiracy of institutionalized science, it is the result of people not wanting to get associated with a dead conman.
