In your opinion, to fight the corruption that has plunged into the depths of society, Its ugliness and vileness is eliminated, and all the people are infected (managers and their employees; professors & teachers and their students, coaches and athletes; even ordinary people of the community such as, drivers, sellers, buyers, farmers, ...) all are doing small and large corruption, ...
In this case, how can such corruption be eradicated ?! How can corruption be eradicated from such a society ?!

In my opinion I deal with me to understand me from within, allowing MULTIDIMENSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
Sara - Corruption affects us all and threatens us all. It threatens sustainable economic development, ethical values and justice; it destabilizes our society and endangers the rule of law. As a form of dishonesty or criminal activity undertaken by a person or organization entrusted with a position of authority, often to acquire illicit benefit, it ranges from small favors between a small number of people (petty corruption) to corruption that affects the government on a large scale (grand corruption). Civil citizens and governments together can fight against corruption by 1) ending impunity, 2) reform public administration and finance management, 3) promote transparency and access to information, 4) empower citizens, and 5) moral education.
the above corruption is the weakness within "self" to allow pushing and pulling.

All that you said is perfectly correct, and we've read all this in books and articles, but unfortunately these solutions have stopped at the theoretical stage, in fact, something really has not happened!.
Question: How can corruption be eradicated in a corrupt organization? In an Organization that there are very few healthy people who do not have any power and authority, Who should eradicate corruption?
Corruption in Greece is a big and serious matter, unfortunately. I believe it starts and could also end in schools, from primary schools to universities, where moral education, studying of philosophy, sociology, political science, economics, including house budgeting, business development, etc is currently missing or inadequate and, if offered, it could have a great impact in developing responsible, decent citizens who care not only about today and themselves, but also about society and one another and about tomorrow.
On the other hand, practical issues, such as low standard of living, depressed economy etc definitely boost corruption, therefore improvement of the above could pare the phenomenon.

Yes that's right
Corruption begins with the primary schools and even before that, starting at home and in the family. So, to eradicate of corruption, we have to start from our home and our family, and continue to universities and organizations and the community as a whole.
When teachers do not properly and perfectly educate our children, they do not observe ethics, ... , Expecting the destruction of corruption is in vain.
This way of course is taking a lot of time, but it will be useful.
