Hello dear researchers, I am using polarization parametric system whose base is on the anisotropy. I want to ask your experience, ideas and comments that if i have some material nano-particles dispersed on different substrate, will they give me different scattering in NF imaging or there should not be major contribution?

The measurements results depend on the imaging system. You need to be more specific on you imaging setup in order to receive meaningful responses.

I have not seen the paper you mentioned, but when you are using polarization parametric system, you would be using Stokes parameters. In that case, the polarization response from the substrate and that from the nanoparticles (which are different anyway) should be easy to distinguish. Alternatively, you can always measure the polarization response of the substrate before your nanoparticle-depositions so as to isolate the sample-only polarization information. But overall, I would say that the most substrates should not give significant contributions to NF signals.
@Jalpa Soni ·thanks a lot for your's reply, yes in our system, we are taking images of the stokes, sindelta and azimuthal angle. as you said the most of the substrate do not significantly contribute to the NF distribution, in my case it is Si, Sio2 and glass... in your mind what are the substrate which can really effect the NF distribution???
@Kaleem Ullah: I am not sure about the NF distribution, but one can always think in terms of polarization response in general. For example you can have a strong polarization response from quartz, but then again it is really simple to separate that out. One can also write the Jones vector for the substrate being used and check the field distribution in NF regime.
@Jalpa Soni thanks again for your reply, i just got in the difference on the resolution not much difference in the NF scattering pattern, for example in the Si substrate, the edge of the particles are more clear and also when we simulate the nanoparticle with substrate and without substrate it gives us NF distinguish difference in scattering..
