EEG connectivity calculation via HERMES toolbox ?

Hello everyone

I am currently trying to calculate phase lock value for my EEG data with the help of the HERMES toolbox in Matlab.

I have a total of 48 subjects with different channel location file for each of them

as using the GUI for connectivity calculation is going to take a lot of time.

I wonder if anyone knows any code so I could automatically load data and channel location by writing scripts in Matlab.
