If I told you that Joe was an educated person, but Bill was uneducated. What would you imagine that Joe knew, and what would you think Bill didn't know?

You may certain be be "right" about Bill in the example you prefer. But is that the only way Bill may be uneducated? I've asked many people this question, and usually get a blank stare in return. The terms "educated" and "uneducated" seem to e losing meaning in our time. Much like the words "honorable" and dishonorable."
