A female doctor 44 years old experienced lately a state of tetanic conscious muscular contraction in upper limp, where contraction just remained for 5 min or more the the forearm is flexed , and when someone tryied to extend here forearm ,she starts tapping with here leg, she is conscious of what she is doing (cant prevent it ), can understand what people are saying , cant talk during seizures due to contraction of jaw muscle .

+EEG ---- is normal

+The electrolyte levels are normal , all ions are normal

Could a plexsus of nerves outside the brain be the cause for that seizure?

And what should be do , what other examination should be do ?
