Where I can find ECG dataset in JPG format containing normal and arrhythmia images? Famous datasets like MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Dataset and PTB Diagnostic ECG Database does not contain image data. I want to develop a mobile app which takes an ECG image as an input from Camera and then tells the diagnosis. Kindly help.
Once you have the values of the samples along time you can create your own images in jpg or whatever format you like. Having said that, it is not a good idea to try to produce a 'diagnostic from images of the ECG, as you will not have the scales for amplitude nor time. Think again.

Converting ECG signals to image is not a good idea as has already been said. Because you will lose a lot of information. But if you want to work with images to classify ECG, then you can create a two-dimensional representation of ECG signals, such as a spectrogram (Fourier Transform) or a scalogram (Wavelet Transform).

you can see the representation using spectrogram. Here https://github.com/brunobro/power-line-interference-removal-in-ECG are the matlab files to generate the spectrograms.
You can only develop diagnosis for a particular type of diagnosis from jpg like heart blocks. Having said that it will b very difficult to make diagnosis for rest of diseases
